But what about the bloat or the 3pm slump you suffer from afterwards? Is there any way to avoid grogginess the next day or find a solution to aid healthy weight loss, boost your mood, and enhance your focus?

The truth is the human body needs the correct nutrients to thrive. It doesn’t have to be expensive organic vegetables or locally sourced fruit, but rather a selection of foods that can be easily incorporated into your diet.

At Shey Wellness, our nutrition support program focuses on small, realistic steps to make you feel better about yourself (inside and out) while still enjoying life’s indulgences. We help clients get into the habit of preparing healthy meals that taste delicious and are super quick and simple to make, even on the most hectic of days!

How Our Nutrition Support Program Works

Over the course of a month, you will work with Toronto nutritionist and founder of Shey Wellness, Laura Niesslein, to work through your goals around healthy weight loss and approach to food.

Week 1-2

So that Laura can better understand your daily life and help switch up your eating habits, she will send over some easy-to-complete forms. You will also be asked to take photos of your fridge and/or pantry to help Laura make recommendations based on what staples you love, don’t like so much, and want to feature more in meals.

Week 2

You will jump on a X-hour call with Laura to chat about your health history and ask any questions. The two of you will then work together to set small, achievable goals for the next few weeks, with Laura creating a tailored action plan to motivate and guide you every step of the way.

Weeks 3-4

Laura will schedule you for 2 x 15-minute calls to discuss your progress, using this time to keep you accountable in a zero-judgement space. You will also have the chance to email Laura if you face any challenges, can’t find the answers you’re searching for, or just need a message of encouragement to stay on track.

Week 4+

Find yourself falling back into your old ways? Don’t worry – we understand how tricky it can be to form new habits (and how easy it is to fall off the wagon!). If you would like to continue working with Laura, simply get in touch to book support calls as and when you need them.
